Diagnose

Meeting demands of the teaching profession requires tremendous work. The first step in the process of reforming and adapting to improved teaching strategies is to identify accurately gaps between present and desired level of teaching abilities that can be translated into a training need. ITI researches detect and assess these gaps through various diagnostic tools such as interviews, questionnaires, target surveys, observation, and secondary data. The purpose of this diagnosis is to take into account complexities involving the profession and work towards strengthening knowledge, skills, and classroom practices of professional educators.

Design

Our unique models are based on globally recognized research in the field of education. Based on the Training Needs Assessment conducted for our diagnostics, ITI’s experienced team will design modules especially tailored to the needs of teachers it is catering to. Master Trainers and Facilitators with the right background will be proposed to conduct the training. Personalized detailed development of these programs makes them most effective.

Deploy

Our local Master Trainers and Facilitators, trained by internationally renowned professionals, will be deployed to conduct the training. ITI’s team of researchers will simultaneously be engaged in on-going research of the training to evaluate and analyze effectiveness of and gaps in the training and teaching abilities respectively. This will be done at the start, mid, and end to accrue maximum benefit to teachers.

Document

This phase comprises of documentation of data gathered by ITI researchers through case studies, observations of ITI’s team, and anonymous student feedback. Through a systematic procedure, each participant is individually evaluated based on his/her performance. Participants who have shown dedication and satisfied requisite standards will be awarded certificates at the completion of the training.

Deliver

For a concrete evaluation – the final step of ITI’s CPD program – assessments conducted during the Documentation phase before, during and after training will be analyzed. To identify which areas need improvement, students’ performance will be evaluated via observations, assignments, and formative assessments; teachers’ performance will be assessed through anonymous feedback of students and ITI researchers’ observations. Our association is characterized and set apart by our dedication for a long-term approach; we give our participants access to international professional network and a digital platform through which they can utilize action research strategies employed by other experienced educationists.
